At the time of booking one of our luxury Scottsdale vacation homes, a security deposit hold is placed on your credit card as a standard precaution. This amount isn’t charged but is reserved shortly before your arrival and automatically released post-departure—provided there’s no damage and all items (like keys and remotes) are returned.

We proudly partner with Truvi (formerly SUPERHOG), an industry-leading guest verification platform used by trusted luxury rental providers. Truvi ensures a secure and compliant booking process by verifying your identity and aligning with Scottsdale’s short-term rental regulations.

Guests must complete their Truvi application within 48 hours of receiving their booking confirmation. This includes ID verification, uploading a valid government-issued ID, and signing a rental agreement. A $50 non-refundable damage waiver is also collected via Truvi, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay.
