It was a great stay for our first ever trip to Alabama! Denise was very polite and very responsive, which was much appreciated. The place is clean and is in good condition as well. Would definitely recommend to stay here as it was a downright pleasure!

We enjoyed a lovely holiday weekend stay with friends! So nice to be away from the crowds and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the pool deck. Kitchen was well stocked and place was as advertised. We will definitely rent this home again!

A perfect fit for our family of six! Great living and dining room layout for gathering and only a five minute walk to the beach (with all the beach supplies you’d want already at the house). Denise is a great host, very welcoming and quick to reply. Five stars.

We had a great stay at the MarGoon house for the 4th of July. Accommodated a family of six with two toddlers with plenty of space. The house was in pristine condition and we very much enjoyed the views of the back bay and quick walk to the beach across the street.

Cancellations made between 8 and 29 days before check-in will forfeit the 25% deposit. If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, the full reservation amount is non-refundable. Guests must complete verification within 48 hours of booking, including ID upload and rental agreement signature. A $50 damage waiver is collected and covers accidental damage during your stay.
