Our cancellation policy is designed to give you peace of mind while balancing the needs of our homeowners. - For cancellations made 30 or more days before your stay, we offer a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. - Cancellations between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival result in the forfeiture of your 25% deposit. - If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, the entire booking amount will be retained.
