Beautiful property for 19 people. Large enough for everyone to spread out. All ages found something to keep them occupied. When I checked it out I didn’t realize it was 3 levels so the stairs made it difficult for our 70 to 80 year olds but we managed. We would love to come back someday under different circumstances.
Our stay was short and the property met all the expectations. It was exactly what we needed. Plenty to do on the property and close to a lot of good restaurants. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend the location to others.
A great fit for large family! Hosts response to questions prompt and friendly. Our 6-12 year olds enjoyed the fun features and the space was easy to relax in.
I couldn't be happier with my stay at their place! The house was amazing and clean. The back yard was full of fun things to do including a pool, mini golf and a half basketball/tennis/pickleball court. When I had a question they answered super politely and timely. I definitely do recommend it 100%.

Overall, the house was nice & we had a fun staycation. Loved that I could bring my dog. I gave only 4 stars because there were several things not up to par. If we weren’t locals & able to go to our own home at night I would have been very unhappy. I did not contact the host so I’m not going to rate them down further & they are easy fixes but are bare minimum things that should be checked prior to arrival & I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced when paying so much to stay here & have our stay interrupted to maintenance the home. First, upon arrival, the home was 90 degrees inside. It took until 11pm for the house to get to 80. They really need to get the AC checked. The thermostats kept raising the temp even though we kept turning it down to try to get it to at least 78. It is PHX area in the summer so it does get hot however, in my home 30 min away the AC works just fine. Some of the beds were not clean. There was dirt on the bathroom walls, stained rugs, large glob of syrup on the counter, etc. They advertised a basketball court however there was only one ball and it was completely flat, had to bring our own from home. It’s VERY annoying to have to keep the pool vacuum in the pool while you’re trying to enjoy a swim-it kept getting in our way. They have a policy that you can’t take it out or you’ll be fined and enormous amt. Wanted to use the fire pit however propane tank was empty. The pool toys were basically flat or broken. One of the arcade games also doesn’t work proper
There was lots to do. Host was very responsive. We had an amazing time! Will definitely be staying again!
