At the time of booking one of our luxury Scottsdale vacation homes, a security deposit hold is placed on your credit card as a standard precaution. This amount isn’t charged but is reserved shortly before your arrival and automatically released post-departure—provided there’s no damage and all items (like keys and remotes) are returned. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our properties while giving you a smooth, secure booking experience from start to finish.

We proudly partner with Truvi (formerly SUPERHOG), an industry-leading guest verification platform used by trusted luxury rental providers. Truvi ensures a secure and compliant booking process by verifying your identity and aligning with Scottsdale’s short-term rental regulations. Guests must complete their Truvi application within 48 hours of receiving their booking confirmation. This includes ID verification, uploading a valid government-issued ID, and signing a rental agreement. A $50 non-refundable damage waiver is also collected via Truvi, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. The process is quick, secure, and gives everyone involved peace of mind.
