The house is super nice and incredibly clean! The host was very friendly, responsible, and highly receptive to our needs. The only thing to keep in mind is the location—there isn't much to do in the immediate area, and the closest beach is about a 45-minute drive away. Overall, a great house and wonderful hosting!
From the moment we arrived at Kyle and Nicole’s beautifully designed Cape Coral home, it was clear they had thought of everything. The master bedroom and bathroom are absolutely luxurious—a true retreat after each day. Every bed throughout the house is incredibly comfortable, and we loved having games for all ages on hand for evenings together. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with quality cooking items, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks whenever we wanted. But what really set this stay apart was Kyle and Nicole’s attentiveness and genuine care for their guests. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, and their thoughtfulness extended to ensuring the home was fully accessible and welcoming—details that made all the difference for our group. This is the kind of home and hosting that creates lasting memories. We’d absolutely return.
