Great house to stay in. We enjoyed the open concept, the pool, and the game room.
This rental is as advertised. The pool was great, the house had everything we needed/expected. Property manager and host were very responsive. We had a very nice time.
Although the photos made the place seem a bit brighter than it was, it was a relaxing fun place to stay with many activities included in the house and close to the beach!

The overall stay was absolutely amazing, the house is really nice and the outdoor area with the yard, pool, and hot tub is great to have.
The home was clean and well appointed, with plenty of room inside and out. The pool area was great, as was the fenced yard for my Frenchie pup to run around in. It’s convenient to Honeymoon Island which has a great dog friendly beach. Host was friendly and very quick to respond. Would stay there again.

Great house! Spacious and fun. The listing was accurate and the host was responsive to inquiries in a timely manner. Loved that there were a lot of pool towels available and fun extras like floatys. My only complaints are small: The outdoor furnishings especially the tree swing could use a good cleaning and the ice dispenser in the fridge was clogged (we didn’t contact the host regarding as we had bags of ice).

What is your cancellation policy on rentals in Palm Harbor?
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 30 days prior to arrival would result in loss of the 25% deposit. Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival would result in a loss of the entire stay amount.
What is SUPERHOG?
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: To abide by our rental terms and conditions. To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
