Beautiful home and great place for my daughter’s 16th birthday. From the spacious entertainment area to the amazing view from the crows nest, this home did not disappoint. The outdoor space was great and we had everything provided to make out stay enjoyable and special.
The place was amazing. It was just what we needed. A place that we could have fun family time and enjoy the beach. All in one place. It was just beautiful!
My dog really enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the beach. The amenities were great, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. It would be an awesome family vacation.

Great home and location. Crows nest for sunsets and sunrise are unmatched! The house is multi level so be ok with stairs and walking through bedrooms to get to outside areas. Was a great spot and a great time. The entertainment areas when it rains helped as well.
We celebrated an early Christmas at your accommodations and it was all that we could hope for and more! The house was amazing, with plenty of space and the views from the split level balconies were peaceful and beautiful. We weren’t sure of the location vs driving into Saint Augustine for for the Festival of Lights but it was an easy drive up A1A and crossing into Saint Augustine over the Bridge of Lions! We really enjoyed our stay here at the "Butler Beach Fun House" as my kids called it! The location was wonderful - definitely the highlight for us. We were able to easily go back and forth to the beach every day without hassle. Also it was such a plus for us that our dog could go with us AND go to the beach too. The house was cute - looked a little better in the pictures and some amenities needed a little upgrading/fixing. The host, however, was very communicative and helped when we had an A/C and TV problem right away. At one point we had maintenance men in the house that weren't expecting us to be there and said there must have been a communication error and unfortunately I felt I needed to stay at home while they were there since we had valuables in the house. It was a great setup though with the two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs and we had lots of fun with the games and the location! Too bad the telescope didnt work on the top deck - would have been really cool!

My family and I had a great time at Kelly’s place! Perfect location to the beach, beautiful home with lots of space, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, the pool and backyard were perfect. Kelly was an excellent host that responded to any of my needs. The living room TV had some issues and it was replaced within two days. The only downside is the back deck porch that did not have power so the fans didn’t work nor the TV. We were all hoping to spend time out there at night playing games and watching TV. I am sure that Kelly will get it fixed soon. We look forward to our next beach, vacation and being able to return to this home..
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The host team was exceptional super accommodating and incredibly responsive. They replied to every question within minutes, never making us wait which made all the difference.The house itself is a true standout massive, beautiful, and far larger than the photos can capture. Its unique design features something special on every floor, creating a delightful “wow” factor throughout. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed upon arrival. We especially loved the breathtaking beach view and the easy walk to the sand highlighting our trip with a memorable sighting of a giant sea turtle!Even with less than ideal weather, the kids had a blast playing Connect 4 and enjoying the enclosed pool area. The entire home felt comfortable, spacious, and perfectly prepared for a family getaway. This property easily ranks as one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. 10/10 would recommend 💕🏡
