We loved our stay here! The neighborhood is extremely walkable. The house was spotless. My mom uses a walker and it was great that that once you are up the front steps, the house is all one level. The host communicated with us very well. We would definitely stay here again!

It was clean. Especially king side mattress was extremely comfortable. Quite. Kitchen had most everything that was needed.

A perfect stay for a Kimmswick event. We had the freedom to go back to our condo when we wanted and walk back. It was extremely important, more than we realized as they were bussing attendees in not Kimmswick! So glad we missed that!
Perfect for 3-6 people. Decor is a lovely gray modern neutral and tasteful art and furnishings. Very near University in a small safe neighborhood.
The place was beautiful and clean. Just as depicted in photos. Great location. More attention should be paid to outdoor seating areas and entrances. The screens deck entrances and furniture on both levels were covered with spider webs.

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and matches the description. Even though this is a new Airbnb there are also amenities already added such as spices and an air fryer in the kitchen, and shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Denise is organised, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy. We would definitely stay again.
Our family of five really enjoyed our stay here! The location was safe and very walkable to restaurants, groceries, Forest Park, and coffee shops. The house was clean though the plug in air freshener was too strong and we needed to unplug it and air out the home. Some noise from renters above especially in evenings and early mornings, but overall we had a great stay.
