We had a great bachelor party stay here. Great views of the mountains and lots of space to hang out and relax.

The house was great! There is a steep driveway so prepare for that but other than that we loved our stay!
Great House for Multiple Couples We stayed here with 2 other couples. There's plenty of room and we enjoyed the games. We had questions regarding the area following hurricane damage and the host was very timely and helpful in answering questions and allowing us to determine if we should come as scheduled or cancel. We would stay here again if we ever return to the area.
Great Airbnb for a group. Multiple private bedrooms, bunk beds, and couches made for ample sleeping arrangements. Check-in was a breeze with keypadded locks. 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, and close by to businesses in Arden made it a great location. Response times from host were fast. Great spot for the reasonable price!
What a beautiful property—and a perfect set up for a family with kids (except for the fact that they barely wanted to leave the house to explore the area!). Well stocked, clean, quiet, comfortable…all the things we’d hoped for—and still fairly close to the fun of downtown Asheville. Owners were responsive and friendly. The only thing to note is that it is a very steep gravel driveway with a sharp right turn into it if you are coming from down the hill. We were in a 12 passenger transit van, and it was a little dicey—especially as there were some pretty big potholes left from previous storms. Once you’re up, there’s plenty of flat space to park and turn around, but prepare yourself for the ascent ;-). Could be improved by widening the bottom of the drive and paving, but I know that’s a hefty expense. Smaller cars likely not a problem.
The house was wonderful and we had plenty of space to lounge and relax. The hosts were very friendly and flexible.
Lovely home, great set-up for dining, relaxing and kids playing outside. Lots of nice amenities indoors too, such as Sonos sound system throughout the house. The hosts were proactive in communication and we had a great time as two families over a long weekend at this peaceful home with great views!

What is your cancellation policy on rentals?
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 30 days prior to arrival would result in loss of the 25% deposit. Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival would result in a loss of the entire stay amount. What are your booking conditions for Arden & Asheville?
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do. What is SUPERHOG?
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process for vacation rentals. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - To abide by our rental terms and conditions. - To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG - The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
