The stay was amazing for my wife and I. The views from the home were great and super close to downtown Asheville. Absolutely amazing stay!
I stayed there with my family after a wedding. The basement TV room was awesome with games and movies theatre with great seating. There are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and I would say the house is big enough for even 2 families to enjoy. It does take about 15 minutes to get to downtown Asheville but it is convenient to grocery stores, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and supples are there for the duration for laundry and cleaning.
Kyle and Nicole were fabulous host. They were very responsive to our any inquiries. All of our kids and grandchildren loved the game room. The views alone make this worth the price. Will definitely stay again. Mark C
Awesome property and lots of things to do with the house.All our issues were "cosmetic"....you are out in the country, so there is always chances for ants and things....not a big deal at all....Curtain in master bath needed replacing...again, not a big deal at all...Theatre TV was hard to figure out....we ended up putting the Roku app on our IPhones and it worked fine...Again, would absolutely stay again.....just needed a few cosmetic things done...
We loved the location and the views! It was conveniently located to the downtown area and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The check out instructions/requirements were the easiest I have ever experienced. My grandchildren lived all the activities and games. We had a great week in this home!
Our family of 8 adults and 7 kids travel to a new location every year for our annual vacation. We were intrigued by this property, and it did not disappoint. The It was the perfect size for a family of 15 and Asheville as a city definitely punches above its weight. The property was high up in the hills giving us beautiful vistas in every direction. The property was also large enough to give everyone some space and make it comfortable for everyone. We used the home theatre on multiple occasions. The games and amenities gave our grandchildren (ages 11 to 18) things to do in off times. The dining room was perfect for our gang of 15. In the 12 years of previous trips, we have never been able to all eat together. The kitchen area was large with two large refrigerators and one large freezer. Accommodated a lot of food and made it easy for everyone. Overall, everyone had a great time. Would recommend this property highly
Beautiful, large home with a spectacular view. Not far from Asheville. Quiet area. Kyle and Nicole were very responsive and easy to communicate with.
My family came to Asheville to celebrate my dad‘s 80th birthday. Ranging from age 1 to age 80, this home has everything that everybody needed. The back yard is so cool, and the children absolutely loved the theater room that was stocked with games and toys. I highly recommend this beautiful home in a beautiful location.
The house was absolutely beautiful! The decor gave the house so much character and not to mention all of the amenities were a blast. The hosts were very helpful and kind. I received quick responses and I would highly recommend staying here and experiencing this wonderful house. It is so close to everything but yet still in an area where it’s private and quiet.
The view was wonderful from the top deck! A great place to enjoy a morning coffee, the turning leaves, and sunset. The kids with our group loved all of the games and activities available. They played lots of games of pool and air hockey which left more time for the adults to enjoy the deck. Will definitely look at renting the house again when I return to the area.

What is SUPERHOG?
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: To abide by our rental terms and conditions. Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival qualify for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before arrival, the 25% deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 7 days or less of arrival will result in a charge for the full stay amount.
