The downstairs was perfect for my teenage grandson. We had a lot of fun with the pool table & hot tub. Only thing we found wrong with this trip was it wasn’t long enough 😔

Plenty of room for our family and enjoy all of the wonderful amenities. Theater room and sauna were a personal favorite. And it was hard to beat the views. Great place overall!

It is a great getaway for group of friends and families. Best way to de-stress from work and the noise of the city life. The view of nature is majestic and perfect to capture both the sunrise and sunset. Amenities are great and complete, the whole accommodation is clean and orderly. The view from this mountain top home was breathtaking! We came during fall time so the leaves were spectacular. The home had everything you needed to prepare meals, relax, and be entertained. We enjoyed taking hikes along the Blue Ridge parkway during the day and relaxing in the hot tub at night! The beds were cozy and the linens were clean. We had a great stay and loved the views!

Big, beautiful home great for making memories with families and friends. We had four couples and also hosted 2 other families. Everyone had their own privacy. The sauna and hot tub were a nice bonus!

What is SUPERHOG?
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - To abide by our rental terms and conditions. - To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay

What is the cancellation policy for Mars Hill vacation rentals?
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival qualify for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before arrival, the 25% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the arrival date will result in a charge for the full stay amount.
