The house is fantastic… three full bedrooms plus loft plus sofa bed, so our kids spread out and we’re happy. Deck and views are amazing, kitchen is great, and very secluded with no other houses close by. It’s exactly as depicted in the listing and not too far away from town and markets when you need to drive in. Outstanding place, great host, you’ll love it!

We visited for New Year’s and to celebrate two family birthdays. The house was absolutely perfect. The views were stunning, and everything was very comfortable and relaxing. We spent a lot of time in Waynesville, as well as hiking many of the abundant trails in the area. We definitely recommend!

This house was absolutely beautiful and so so peaceful! Kelly was extremely helpful and very quickly responded every time! The house was very clean and had everything we needed, very thankful for the high chair and pack and play for our baby! 10/10 would definitely stay again!

What is Truvi (formerly SUPERHOG)?
We use Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your Truvi application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - To abide by our rental terms and conditions. - To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via Truvi The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
