Thank you Kylie! We had an awesome weekend. You have a beautiful home. There was so much to do. Some had never been to the mountains and you were tucked away in a sweet spot. Restaurants and shopping was within 10 minutes. You were accommodating to our check-in/check-out. The front yard by the bamboo’s were great for pics.
The kids loved the amenities, specifically the game room. The house is in an excellent condition and it has a lot of rooms. We felt like at home.
Kylie was a fantastic host. The compound was beautiful. Everything we needed was there. The surroundings were amazing. The kids had a blast in the pool and the game room. And the adults enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay. The area was very peaceful. They had a great game room that kept us entertained. The movie theater/gym was awesome too. Enjoyed the pool. The view was amazing. The pickleball court was not regulation size but we still had fun practicing dinking. It is a great place for a big number of people.
Great family pad oasis The house itself was fantastic for families and the amenities offered lots of entertainment for all ages.Be aware that a couple of the rooms are set up like a “pass through” bedroom, which is fine for families, but maybe not so much for friends staying together.With the high cleaning fee we would have appreciated a little more cleanliness, but the property managers were fantastic at communicating and offering to fix any issues immediately.
It was a great place! We had a great time in the pool, playing pickle ball, and spending time in the game room. Thank you for a wonderful place to have a family get together.

This gives you peace of mind when booking one of our luxury vacation rentals in advance. For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in will forfeit the full reservation amount. Since our premium homes in the Weaverville area are in high demand, this policy helps us continue offering exceptional, well-maintained properties to all guests. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.

This includes uploading a government-issued ID, confirming your reservation details, and signing a rental agreement. A $50 non-refundable damage waiver is also collected to cover any accidental damage during your stay.
