Laura's place had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of mirrors! (love that!) Space was great for our group. We would have loved to use the backyard space-so fun-but it was just too chilly to be outside. A short Uber ride to Short North and downtown. We would stay here again.

Upon first arrival the location may seem a little iffy but as we walked around the neighborhood we found everyone to be friendly and talkative. Speaking of location, we were a 7 minute walk to Findlay Market where you can catch the trolley as well. Furthermore, if you head directly south from the house you go straight into downtown. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Head north and Cincinnati University is only a 5 to 10 minute drive, depending on traffic and time of day. The house itself is in great condition and very secure. The colors were rich and the style had a Victorian style that blended nicely with the modern touch. Backyard was relaxing as was the third floor rooftop patio. Rooms were spacious with good closet space and beds were comfortable. If you have a young person with you they would probably be best suited to sleep on the pullout bed on third floor. Bathrooms were more than adequate. All rooms were clean and neat upon arrival All basic needs were provided. If I come back to Cincinnati with my family I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Very, very happy with this property in all respects.

We had a great time here. The house is newly renovated, clean and neat, and fully equipped; you can find anything you need. It also has plenty of entertainment for kids, especially the backyard hot tub; the kids have a blast. The location is great, and it's easy to get to the main tourist places and restaurants. Laura Team provides excellent communication, responds to messages quickly, and is helpful.

The house is gorgeous, and well appointed. The backyard and rooftop are fantastic and a great hangout spot. HOWEVER, it has to be warned that the area is not in a safe location, and it’s unnerving having people constantly loitering outside and yelling at all hours of the night. The house is great, the hosts are great, but the area is not desirable. If you’re a group of women especially I would not recommend staying here.

The property is beautiful - it’s well decorated, spacious and comfortable. It has enough parking for 2 cars which was huge as we were traveling with kids, and is in a great location - quiet and close to many attractions. We had an issue with the cleaning service but the property manager was immediately responsive and got us our cleaning fee back which I appreciated. Overall worked out very well for our two families with children.

Good location for our weekend stay in the city. We left our car parked in the driveway the whole time and walked or used the free Connector. House was really clean and supplied except it lacked a hairdryer. The neighborhood is pretty gentrified except the street the rental is on. That being said, the neighbors never bothered us and we felt safe. It was noisy at night, especially staying in the front green bedroom, glad I packed my noise canceling headphones! Thank you Denise!
