The house was very nice and plenty big for our family of 8. It was private and peaceful as well. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. It’s about 30 minutes from Clemson, which made it easy to go back and forth as needed. Also check out was a breeze, which was a great way to end our trip.
Great location, plenty of room for a large party, great amenities, golf cart for use, fast and prompt replies to questions - would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and we loved being so close to the beach and other activities. The house had lots of fun amenities we enjoyed and we especially loved the pool.Our only minor issue was that the cooking supplies were rather limited for such a large group, as there weren’t many larger pots/ pans/bowls etc. Otherwise, the host was very communicative and we had a great experience. We would definitely consider staying there again!

Our group of 16 had a great stay. There is plenty of usable room for groups which allows for everyone to be comfortable. Some rentals are massive but you can’t use the space very well, but this home essentially has 4 large areas to hangout where people could be doing completely different things. And that’s only inside! With 4 more decks outside and a full pool area with bar setup around the side this place can accommodate nearly any extended family or group gathering. We had one hiccup with something in the house but more importantly the owner was responsive and corrected the situation. Addressing the minor inconvenience shows the attention to customer service and enjoyment. Our group had a blast. If our travels take us down to Myrtle again we’ll be sure to reach out and rent this house again.
We had a group from grandparents, parents, preteens, and a toddler and we all were accommodated and had a great time! Great communication from host!
We loved the house! Having the bedrooms in different areas of the house worked great with kids and multiple couples! Lovely space with lots of room! Pool and outdoor area were awesome!

What is your cancellation policy on rentals?
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 30 days prior to arrival would result in loss of the 25% deposit. Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival would result in a loss of the entire stay amount.
What are your booking conditions?
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
What is SUPERHOG?
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - To abide by our rental terms and conditions. - To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
