We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and we loved being so close to the beach and other activities. The house had lots of fun amenities we enjoyed and we especially loved the pool.Our only minor issue was that the cooking supplies were rather limited for such a large group, as there weren’t many larger pots/ pans/bowls etc. Otherwise, the host was very communicative and we had a great experience. We would definitely consider staying there again!

This home is beautiful and LARGE. There was plenty of room for our extended family with many games/activities to entertain. Pool room needs some attention (pool noodles with chunks bitten out, broken floats with foam balls floating in pool water, volleyball has slow leak so won’t stay inflated, peeling floor coating in game room. Short on some basic home supplies (no broom in main living area, no pot holders, no dish towels or sink rags) only one roll of paper towels in kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dead batteries in several of the remotes, burnt out light bulbs. Cleaning company needs to step up their game (especially in bathrooms) enough said. Overall a great spot to vacation and Host has done a wonderful job of making this rental a complete experience. IMO all short comings are on the maintenance/cleaning crews overseeing daily functions between guests. There was also a home being built only 1 door down so very noisy all day every day we were there.
We had a group from grandparents, parents, preteens, and a toddler and we all were accommodated and had a great time! Great communication from host!
We loved the house! Having the bedrooms in different areas of the house worked great with kids and multiple couples! Lovely space with lots of room! Pool and outdoor area were awesome!
This home is perfect for a large family getaway. We lived it and really hope to be back next year !

Wonderful spot, about 2 blocks from beach access. Easily walkable to downtown. The house has everything you could need. Hosts are responsive and make the process easy.
We had such a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was welcoming and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. We’d happily stay here again! ❤️

What is your cancellation policy on rentals?
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 30 days prior to arrival would result in loss of the 25% deposit. Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival would result in a loss of the entire stay amount.
What are your booking conditions?
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
What is SUPERHOG?
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - To abide by our rental terms and conditions. - To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
