Great location, plenty of room for a large party, great amenities, golf cart for use, fast and prompt replies to questions - would definitely stay there again!
Kylie was an amazing host. Great communication and the house was in such a good location. It was perfect for our group of golfers close in proximity to all of the Pawley courses. Would recommend this house 10 out of 10 times!
Great place to stay, the best was the ice maker in the garage, we had tons of ice for the coolers and drinks. Beds were comfortable and lots of towles
Our large group had a wonderful stay at this location. It's a short walk to the beach, the kitchen is well-equipped, the location is convenient and quiet and the house has a comfortable feel. There are beds everywhere and no one felt crowded. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the above amenities. This was our second stay here and we'll almost certainly be back!

Great house with tons of beds! We enjoyed the back dock and the walk to the beach was easy and if we had coolers we used the golf cart.
Awesome vacation rental
The house was a perfect fit for our group of 12 during our golf trip to Pawley's Island. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The location was also ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, and other local amenities. If we return to Pawley's, this will definitely be my first choice for accommodations.

What is your cancellation policy on rentals?
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 30 days prior to arrival would result in loss of the 25% deposit. Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival would result in a loss of the entire stay amount.
What are your booking conditions?
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
What is SUPERHOG?
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - To abide by our rental terms and conditions. - To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
