This gives you peace of mind when booking one of our luxury vacation rentals in advance. For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to arrival, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, the full reservation amount is forfeited. Since our premium Etlan properties are in high demand—especially during fall foliage and spring wildflower seasons—this policy helps us continue offering exceptional, well-maintained homes to all guests. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.
