For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to arrival, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, the full reservation amount is forfeited. Since our premium properties in the Tucson and Oro Valley area are in high demand—especially during snowbird season and spring events—this policy ensures we can continue offering exceptional, well-maintained homes to all guests. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.

At the time of booking one of our luxury vacation homes, a security deposit hold is placed on your credit card as a standard precaution. This amount is not charged but rather reserved shortly before your arrival and automatically released post-departure—provided there is no damage and keys are returned.

A $50 non-refundable damage waiver is also collected through Truvi, covering you in the event of accidental damage during your stay.
