    For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, the full reservation amount is forfeited. Since our premium properties in the St. Louis area are in high demand, this policy ensures we can continue offering exceptional, well-maintained homes to all guests. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.

This amount is not charged but rather reserved shortly before your arrival and automatically released post-departure—provided there is no damage and keys are returned.

    Guests must complete their Truvi application within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation. This includes identity verification, a valid government-issued ID, and signing a rental agreement.
