For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to arrival, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, the full reservation amount is forfeited. Since our premium properties are in high demand, this policy ensures we can continue offering exceptional, well-maintained homes to all guests. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.
