For cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund, minus a modest $25 administrative cancellation fee. This gives you peace of mind when booking one of our luxury vacation rentals in advance.


    For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in will forfeit the full reservation amount. Since our premium homes in the Weaverville area are in high demand, this policy helps us continue offering exceptional, well-maintained properties to all guests. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.

    At the time of booking one of our luxury vacation homes, a security deposit hold is placed on your credit card. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold applied shortly before your arrival and released after departure, provided there's no damage and keys are returned.


    This process ensures fairness and trust between guests and homeowners. We keep things simple and secure so you can focus on enjoying your time in Weaverville.

    We partner with Truvi (formerly SUPERHOG), a trusted platform used by top-tier vacation rental providers to enhance security. Truvi verifies your identity and ensures compliance with local and state guidelines.


    Guests must complete their Truvi verification within 48 hours of booking. This includes uploading a government-issued ID, confirming your reservation details, and signing a rental agreement. A $50 non-refundable damage waiver is also collected to cover any accidental damage during your stay.


    This added layer of protection is designed to provide peace of mind—for you and for our homeowners.

  • Are pets allowed at your vacation rentals?
