Climb up to the rooftop deck around golden hour, pull a chair to the fire pit table, and watch the Organ Mountains turn pink. This is 60 private acres of New Mexico desert, and for a few days it's all yours!

Inside, the 3,000 square foot layout stays open and sun-filled, with two indoor fireplaces and a chef's kitchen that looks straight out at the mountains.

Where everyone sleeps:

• Bedroom 5: King, expansive windows

Every bedroom has its own smart TV.

The garage is the sleeper hit. Roll the big door up and play pool, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, darts and arcade games with panoramic mountain views as your backdrop. Step outside for badminton, horseshoes and cornhole, then finish the night at the outdoor fireplace with the grill going.

This one is built for families, reunions and groups who want real room to roam. Worth knowing: the rooftop deck is up a flight of stairs, so it isn't ideal for anyone who'd rather stay on one level.

Our local team is close by throughout your stay, so you can drop your bags and just enjoy the quiet out here.

“The view from the rooftop was beautiful! Worth the little bit of bumpy drive. House was well stocked with everything we needed—including spices, plenty of towels and even sleds for a trip to White Sands. Took a minute to find the 5th bedroom which is in the basement, so just FYI if you have small kids. The game room was so fun for everyone! The spa heater is controlled via the Airbnb app which is a little annoying, but they were responsive and it heated up quickly once you contacted them to turn it on.”

“This was the second time our family has stayed here and once again, it did not disappoint! The views cannot be beat! The house is beautiful and secluded. Plenty of space, fantastic kitchen with beautiful views. The outdoor area is great and pool and spa with views of the mountains cannot be beat. The rooftop area was great for viewing the stars and the lights of beautiful Las Cruces. The house had everything you need. The addition of the outdoor sauna was a great addition! It was hard to leave! Megan was great! Very responsive including morning and evening hours. 5 star!”
