You're a short drive to local restaurants and shops for everyday essentials, and about 15-20 minutes from the Westgate Entertainment District, home to State Farm Stadium and Desert Diamond Arena for concerts and game days. Downtown Phoenix is roughly 20-25 minutes away, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 25-30 minutes out, so you're never too far from the action. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area if you'd rather leave the driving to someone else.

A car is the easiest way to explore the Valley, and you'll have driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you'd prefer not to drive, and the home's location near the I-10 makes hopping between neighborhoods a breeze.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We ask that dogs be crate-trained and that you clean up after them during your stay.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
