Cornhole and basketball hoops keep the friendly competition going. Traveling with little ones? A removable pool fence plugs right into the ground with no tools needed, and it’s yours to use anytime.

The game room: Rack up a round of pool, deal in at the poker table, or settle a rivalry over chess, with a Smart TV on for the big game.

The kitchen: Fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances, a large fridge, a wet bar, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers for easy mornings.

The living room: Sink into the big plush sofa in the open living area for a cozy movie night.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We kindly ask that dogs be crate trained and that you pick up after your pup.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.

The firepit is ready to go; just bring your own wood.

Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!

GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
