For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to arrival, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, the full reservation amount is forfeited. Since our premium properties in Sturgis are in high demand—especially during major events like the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally—this policy helps us maintain fair access and exceptional standards. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.

At the time of booking one of our Sturgis-area luxury homes, a security deposit hold is placed on your credit card as a standard precaution. This amount is not charged but rather reserved shortly before your arrival and automatically released post-departure—provided there is no damage and keys are returned.
