What is your cancellation policy on rentals?
We understand that plans can shift unexpectedly, and we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness for both guests and homeowners. For cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund, minus a modest $25 administrative cancellation fee. This gives you peace of mind when booking one of our luxury vacation rentals in advance.
For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to arrival, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, the full reservation amount is forfeited. Since our Alpine properties are in high demand, this policy ensures we can continue offering exceptional, well-maintained homes to all guests. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.
What are your booking conditions?
At the time of booking one of our Alpine vacation homes, a security deposit hold is placed on your credit card as a standard precaution. This amount is not charged but reserved shortly before your arrival and automatically released after check-out—provided there is no damage and keys are returned.
This policy ensures transparency and mutual respect between guests and homeowners. Our booking process is clear, secure, and stress-free, so you can focus on what really matters: enjoying your time in Alpine.
What is Truvi and why is it required?
We proudly partner with Truvi (formerly SUPERHOG), a leading guest screening platform trusted by luxury vacation providers. Truvi adds a layer of security by verifying your identity and ensuring compliance with state and local guidelines.
Guests must complete their Truvi application within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation. This includes identity verification, uploading a valid ID, and signing a rental agreement. A $50 non-refundable damage waiver is collected through Truvi and covers you in case of accidental damage during your stay.

Once your stay is confirmed, you'll receive detailed arrival instructions via email, typically 48–72 hours before check-in. This includes the address, lockbox or door code, Wi-Fi info, parking instructions, and check-in/check-out times.
