For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to arrival, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, the full reservation amount is forfeited. Our premium homes in Pigeon Forge are in high demand—this policy helps us maintain top-tier service for all guests. We highly recommend trip insurance for added protection.

At the time of booking one of our luxury homes in Pigeon Forge, a security deposit hold is placed on your credit card. This amount is not charged, just reserved, and is automatically released post-departure—provided there's no damage and all keys/devices are returned.
