For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to arrival, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, the full reservation amount is forfeited. Since our premium properties are in high demand—especially in sought-after areas like Shady Shores—this policy helps ensure availability for serious travelers. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.

At the time of booking one of our luxury vacation homes, a security deposit hold is placed on your credit card as a standard precaution. This amount is not charged but rather reserved shortly before your arrival and automatically released post-departure—provided there is no damage and keys are returned.

This includes identity verification that matches the reservation name, uploading a valid government-issued ID, and signing a rental agreement. A $50 non-refundable damage waiver is also collected through Truvi, covering you in the event of accidental damage during your stay.
