For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to arrival, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in, the full reservation amount is forfeited. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection.

At the time of booking one of our luxury vacation homes in Etlan, a security deposit hold is placed on your credit card as a standard precaution. This amount is not charged but rather reserved shortly before your arrival and automatically released post-departure—provided there is no damage and keys are returned.
