Murphy worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Kaizen Asset Management LLC from January 2020 to March 2024 before joining Home Team. During his tenure, he managed the operations, finances, and administration of the largest privately held vacation rental management company in the United States. Murphy was specifically assigned to revitalize an underperforming business unit in January 2020 and played a crucial role in the company’s growth through mergers and acquisitions. He also integrated acquired entities into the operations. Since 2021, Murphy has taken on dual roles as Chief Financial Officer across all affiliated companies and served as President of multiple operating entities, contributing significantly to maximizing revenue and profits.
